Do you have a child who will be five years of age or older as of September 10, 2026? This means that they can now prepare for starting kindergarten in the fall and the first step is completing the registration process.
Upcoming Kindergarten Orientations
Coming up this in April through June 2026, each elementary school across our district will host onsite kindergarten orientations. This is an important opportunity for students and families to connect with school staff and leadership, learn about ways to support their child over the summer and get a hands-on experience in the school before the new year. It is recommended that all incoming students and families attend kindergarten orientation.

All families can contact their child’s assigned school to confirm dates, times and RSVP for their school’s upcoming kindergarten orientation. Registration for orientation can be made after completing the registration process.
Why Register Early?
There are many benefits for students and families by registering their child for kindergarten in the spring. Registering before the fall ensures that they learn about summer learning activities and resources to prepare their child, helps the school plan for staffing levels and classroom needs and so much more.
How to Register for Kindergarten
Step 1: Gather Required Documents
The documentation you will need are listed below.
- Proof of age (birth certificate)
- Proof of address (current utility bill)
- Immunization records
If you are unable to provide any of the following documentation at the time of registration, you can still complete online registration. Your school will work with you individually to meet the needs of your student for enrolling in school. We welcome all students and families regardless of nationality, place of birth or other circumstances.
Step 2: Log in to ParentVUE
Register online using our ParentVUE system. One account covers all students in your household.
Step 3: Complete Online Registration
Follow the steps to submit your registration from any desktop or mobile device.
